Park Güell & Barcelona Cathedral Ticket

Park Güell: take Line 3 (green) to Lesseps and walk up Carrer Larrard to the main entrance on Carrer d'Olot, about 20 minutes and a steady climb. Vallcarca, also on Line 3, has escalators that cover part of the slope. Barcelona Cathedral: Jaume I on Line 4 (yellow) is the closest station, roughly 200 meters away, with Liceu on Line 3 and Urquinaona also within a short walk. Line 3 therefore serves both sites without a change.

Park Güell: lines H2 and 32 stop on Travessera de Dalt, about 10 minutes on foot from the park, while lines 24 and 92 run closer and stop on Carretera del Carmel. Barcelona Cathedral: lines 47, 120, V15 and V17 serve the Via Laietana corridor, and the Via Laietana - Plaça Ramon Berenguer stop is under three minutes away on foot.

The Barcelona tourist bus reaches both: the blue route stops at Park Güell, and the Catedral - Gòtic stop is the closest one to the cathedral.

Catalunya station, about 10 minutes on foot from the cathedral, is Barcelona's busiest rail hub, linking the Rodalies commuter lines R1, R3, R4 and R12 with the FGC lines L6 and L7. From there the metro continues to the stations nearest Park Güell.

Driving to Park Güell is not recommended, since parking nearby is limited, charged by the hour and usually leaves a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main entrance. The streets around the cathedral are largely pedestrian, so the practical approach is an underground car park such as Parking Catedral on Avinguda de la Catedral or the Francesc Cambó lot, then a few minutes on foot to Pla de la Seu.

A taxi can drop you directly in front of Park Güell's main entrance. At the cathedral the surrounding lanes are pedestrian, so a taxi will normally leave you on Via Laietana or Avinguda de la Catedral, a couple of minutes from the doors.
