Was really glad that we booked the tower ticket as it made it more of an experience and the best way to truly appreciate the work of the art that the exterior of the building is! Without the tower ticket it would have been a little under welcoming to pay to go in.
Despite the crowds, entry was easy. The guide informative and the experience transformative. Learned much about the site and the architect.
The cathedral was beautiful but I did feel sorry for the staff - it was so hot. I believe they are not allowed to sit during their shift. I can’t imagine having to stand all day in 36o heat. Please give them better conditions
Worth booking tickets to see inside. So much detail to take in. Audio was excellent and well worth listening to. The tower visit is very quick.

Overall informative and good amount of time. Can do at my own pace and revisit if needed. Hard to locate all guide numbers because of the amount of people in the Sagrada Familia.
Great visit, amazing church, unfortunately the Nativity Tower access was closed on the day of our visit.
The entry to the church was no problem but the self guided tour on your cellphone didn’t work at all. That was a great disappointment.
Also important to know is that you are expected to walk down from the tower. 480 steps. It was an adventure. We leaned into it and will give us all something to remember.
The church is amazing! We could not get the audio tour app to work. There are too many people to have to download it while you are there. We did get the tower one to work and it was great!
I seen many cathedrals in Europe, this one was very different, it’s nice but not spiritual like you get in the very old Cathedrals. The Navivity Tower I was very disappointed, not worth going. Maybe when the construction is finished it will be better.
I've paid for a tower access which was denied due to weather conditions. That is understandable but I was not given the opportunity to reschedule the tower visit for another day which is unacceptable from my point of view.
On January 24, 2026, we also paid for tickets to visit the Nativity Tower. We were told that due to the weather conditions, we could not visit, and the money was not returned either.
Audioguide was paid for but not available, and Customer Service did not respond in a timely manner.
